Sit with your feet flat on the floor. Adjust your chair so that your knees are
slightly higher than hips. Sit firmly against the back of your chair with your lower back supported. If you have lower back problems, ask a chiropractor about a lumbar support seat and car cushion. Correct posture prevents tension and fatigue.
Many people are needlessly suffering from incorrect monitor position. The monitor should be as low as possible, even recessed into the desk, not high up in the air. Try setting your monitor next to your computer rather than on top of it. The monitor should be directly in front of you, not to one side.
